Hybrid or Full Remote Training
Our training programs are designed for athletes everywhere. Whether you train with us in person, remotely, or a mix of both, you’ll have the tools and guidance you need to succeed.
Assessment & Consultation
Athletes start with a detailed performance assessment including video analysis and performance reports. Our instructors will discuss your performance, analyze your results, and discuss training options with you.
Personalized Training Plans
Athletes receive a custom training plan built around your needs and goals. Each training plan includes specific drills/videos, programs, and workouts designed for your improvement.
Flexible Scheduling
Train up to 7 days a week with in-person sessions and assigned training to follow on your own. Athletes who can't make it in-person can train completely online with our full remote training option.
Progress Tracking
Athletes receive regular performance evaluations and metrics (bat speed, exit velocity, etc. using our player development technology, such as HitTrax, Blast Motion, and Rapsodo.

Workouts range from body weight programs to full resistance training programs.
Always on Coaching
All athletes have direct communication with their coach 24/7 through our training app. Have questions about technique, practice drills, or your progress? Communicate with your coach through our messaging/chat feature. Share video with your coach for review and feedback. Practice video and game video are recommended.

​Hybrid training combines the benefits of in-person coaching with the flexibility of remote work. Get hands-on instruction to refine your skills during your lessons and guided practice between sessions with your custom training program. You know exactly what to work on outside the facility and you have 24/7 communication with your coach.

Swing Angry Full Remote Training
Can't make it to the facility? No problem! You can follow your personal training program from anywhere. You'll have 24/7 communication with your coach through our training app for video analysis, instant messages, video messages, and feedback. Train on your schedule, no matter where you are. ​
