Off-Season
Development

The off-season is the primary time to build bat speed, strength, movement quality, bat-to-ball skill, swing decisions and approach. Our programs have specific focus areas during each month of the off-season.

In-Season
Support

During the season, training shifts toward maintaining physical qualities, reviewing game at-bats, making targeted adjustments, and preparing for competition. 

At-Bat tracking is one of our most important in-season services. If you don't know how you're getting out, it's hard to make less outs.

AT-BAT Tracking

Our hitters upload game video and log each at-bat in our custom tracking software. Coaches analyze the video and performance data to build intentional training plans based on what's happening in games.
